Census Bureau: More men than women in Mountain Village city in 2019

Of the 784 people living in Mountain Village city in 2019, 40.3 percent (316) were women and 59.7 percent (468) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SW Alaska News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 310-to-180. In the 65 and over age range, there were 19 females and eight males.
