Of the 433 people living in Kongiganak CDP in 2019, 43.2 percent (187) were women and 56.8 percent (246) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SW Alaska News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 153-to-99. In the 65 and over age range, there were 13 females and 12 males.
