Of the 58 people living in Egegik city in 2019, 13.8 percent (eight) were women and 86.2 percent (50) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SW Alaska News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 47-to-6. In the 65 and over age range, there were two females and three males.
