Of the 1,186 people living in Sand Point city in 2020, 46.2 percent (548) were women and 53.8 percent (638) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SW Alaska News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 115. In the 65 and over age range, there were 93 females and 74 males.
