On April 27, 2022, Finance Director Duane Wright and Deputy Finance Director Xavier Mason presented a check on behalf of the City of Bethel in the amount of $20,000 to Bethel Search and Rescue (BSAR). BSAR President Mike Riley along with BSAR Vice President and City Council Member Perry Barr received the check on behalf of BSAR.
Bethel Search and Rescue is an all volunteer group of men and women who respond to calls for help for missing persons in the Bethel area. BSAR provides a valuable community service to the residents of Bethel. Thank you BSAR and your volunteers for all the hours you give to our community!
