On 06/29/2022 at approximately 1030 hours Bethel Police Communications received a report of a possible homicide inside a residence in the 900 block of 6th Avenue. Police officers and fire medics responded to the scene. BPD officers found Paul Bosco John DOB 10/17/1989, deceased from a traumatic injury. BPD investigators have secured the residence, obtained a search warrant, and have asked for the DPS Crime Lab to assist in processing the scene with our staff.
John Lloyd Japhet DOB 08/09/1982, has been arrested on a charge of Murder in the First Degree and Burglary in the First Degree in connection with the homicide and remanded to YKCC.
