BBAHC’s Behavioral Health Division is co-sponsoring Alaska Blanket Exercise, along with the Family Services Training Center, UAA Center for Human Development, at the University of Alaska Anchorage. The Alaska Blanket Exercise program is a unique, participatory history lesson – developed in collaboration with Alaska Native Elders, knowledge keepers, and educators – that fosters truth, understanding, respect, and reconciliation among Indigenous and non-indigenous peoples.
The Alaska Blanket Exercise will take place at the Curyung Tribal Council Hall Wednesday, March 15, in two sessions:9:00 am – 12:00 pm&1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
