73.6% of Lake And Peninsula Borough residents old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 986 citizens living in Lake And Peninsula Borough in 2021, 73.6% were old enough to vote, equating to 726 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 329 were male, constituting 45.3%, and 397 were female, making up 54.7%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Lake And Peninsula Borough during 2021 was lower than the state average, which stands at 75.2%.
