City of Dillingham issued the following announcement on March 8.

No matter what the challenge: a pandemic, an ice storm, a stressful situation, we can respond better when are physically and mentally well.

This year we are trying to bring extra focus to the need to care for our mental and physical health with Healthy You in 2022.  Check out the micro-site: https://dhss.alaska.gov/healthyyou/ and the most recent blog post: https://content.govdelivery.com/.../bulletins/30d4740...

You’ll notice from the Healthy Alaskans scorecards https://www.healthyalaskans.org/data/scorecard/ that we have some room for improvement as a State - in not just our physical activity but also in our mental health, nutrition, and other aspects of public health.  They’re all connected and this is a great year to build healthy habits.
