City of Bethel issued the following announcement on April 14.
The City of Bethel expresses our greatest appreciation to John Guinn for his service to the residents of our community. John Guinn is the longest standing civic volunteer in our community; initiating his service in 1970, just 13 years after the City of Bethel incorporated. John's distinguished service to Bethel has contributed to so much of the development of our town. Please join us in recognizing John and thanking him for his dedication.
